O&E has a division that that specialises in property maintenance and lighting upgrades.

As part of a specialist team you will be involved in the delivery of our electrical maintenance contracts across our clients’ education, commercial and residential property portfolios.

Job description

• Carry out to a high standard electrical installation work to comply with BS7671.
• Ability to work solo and as part of a team on larger contracts.
• There is out of town work available too with overnight stays.
• Maintain, modify and repair electrical systems to current standards and certification.
• Remain in compliance with all regulations
• Inspect and test installations and complete relevant reports.
• Be able to read and work from drawings.
• Work in a safe manner at all times

Part-time hours: From 8 hours (1 day) per week up to 24 hours (3 days) a week. 
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour
